    Description

    Comprehensive presentation of scientific fundamentals in developing a healthy lifestyle, including epidemiology of disease and mortality in the United States, effects of physical activity and fitness on healthy, proper nutrition, addictive behaviors, prevention and treatment of obesity, mental health related to healthy lifestyles, and musculoskeletal health and disease. Instructional modalities include lecture, physical activity experiences, and assessment of health risks and fitness.
