Research with Dr. Wood will generally be in one of two areas:  huisache OR algae.  Students engaging in any research in Dr. Wood's lab should be able to access the Wood Research Lab group site for articles pertaining to that area of research.  If you have not been given access permission yet for that LMS site, please contact Dr. Wood.

When signing up for research hours, students are expected to keep a research notebook according to standard laboratory practices and may be required to submit a research proposal at the discretion of Dr. Wood.  A final written report of work accomplished will be required.  A minimum of 3 clock hours of laboratory per week will be required for each semester hour of credit.
