An in-depth study of the socialization patter ns, cultural backgrounds, values, attitudes, behaviors, and learning problems of individua ls whose cultural and ethnic backgrounds are different from those of children and youth fr om the dominant culture. Emphasis is on both theoretical constructs and practice in the de velopmetn of leadership roles in the school, in clinical practice, and in the community.
