Description

This intensive activity class delivers fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. A high level of conditioning through strength, cardiovascular and gymnastic activities. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. May be repeated once for credit.
