The Canon Printer Error 5200 code has to do with the printer's ink levels and use. To make black, the printer is designed to mix all of the remaining ink colours. This indicates that all of the printer's ink cartridges are either empty or about to be empty. As a result, the operator examines the ink level guide to determine that the black ink is gone and the colours are nearly gone, and then replaces only the black ink, intending to use the remaining colour ink in the cartridges. However, once the black ink is mounted, the error code 5200 is usually caused by a printer or ink level reader failure. Some believe this is a plot by the ink cartel to force you to refill all of your cartridges at once in order to sell more ink.
