Faculty Schedule

The Faculty Schedule screen opens when you click any View My Faculty Schedule link and displays a detailed schedule of the courses with which you are associated for the default term and division.  However, you can view courses for other terms and divisions by selecting a different Term and Division and clicking the Search button.

The Faculty Schedule table displays the following information:

Functions

• View Faculty Schedule for other Terms and Divisions

  From the Faculty Schedule screen:

  • Select the desired term from the Term drop-down.  The Year/Term is defined on the Year/Term tab of the Year Term Subterm window in EX (CM, Task, Year/Term, Maintain Year/Term/Subterm or RE, Admin, Task, Common Tables, Year/Term/Subterm Definition) and displays in the Term drop-down on this screen if the Show on Web value is set to Web or Both for that particular Year Term Subterm in EX.

  • Select the desired division from the Division drop-down.  Divisions are defined on the Division Definition window in EX (CM, Task, Divisions, Maintain Divisions).

  • Click the Search button.

• View Course Details

  From the Faculty Schedule screen:

  • Click the linked Course code you want to view.

  • The Course Details screen displays.

• Print Faculty Schedule

  From the Faculty Schedule screen:

  • Click the Printer Friendly link or the printer icon ().

  • A Printer Friendly Version of the Faculty Schedule displays.

  • Click the Send to Printer button.

  • After printing, click the Exit Print Mode link or the exit icon () to return to the Faculty Schedule screen.
